Health Matters. Health Starts with Healthier Choices
We live in a society where little attention has been paid to the health implications of many of its creations. Almost every new material, method and product is presumed innocent (i.e. no adverse health effect) until it is proven guilty (i.e. toxic). Many stuff in our household are made under this philosophy. We are, in many cases, guinea pigs in experiments on a large scale. Wouldn't you want to know more what those experiments are and what conclusions can reasonably be reached based on what we know so far?
This website investigates the health effect of a variety of stuff and practices mainly through scientific publications, government reports and other sources we deem reliable. We also conduct lab testings on needed basis. Based on what we find, we recommend products, retailers and practices which we believe are less toxic or non toxic and present a much better long term benefit-cost profile.
